Exercising At Home

I know that I am not the only person here who thinks that trying to stay healthy is extremely expensive!

Whether you pay a monthly gym member ship or have gone out and gathered a personal workout area in your home, you are forking over a lot of money.

Most of the time the items that you use or were purchased do not even work up to your standards.

If this sounds like an issue that you have been dealing with, do not worry, there is no reason that you need to use any of it and here is why.

You can get a full body workout, from the comfort of your own home, while spending no money at all!

When you are doing home exercises it is important to keep your health as a number one factor, if you are not healthy enough to work out alone, make sure that you have someone come over to ensure your safety.

There are ways that you can get every single part of your body, one hundred percent active within a matter of thirty minutes.

The muscles that line your jaw line, into the top of your neck are important to remain active on a daily basis, this will also help with the aging process later on in life.

In order to do this home exercise, all you need to do is move your jaw in a downwards angle, you will feel the tension of your muscles strain along your neck and facial structure.

It is best to do this one before bed or early in the morning, while you are looking in the mirror.

Push-ups are a great way to gain muscle in your arms, back, and abs.

You will begin to feel the contractions of your new found power, almost right away after each rep, which makes this exercise extremely beneficial.

Everyone wants to have a strong core, it is the base of all movements that we do every single day and who am I kidding?

Everyone wants to have amazing abs that you can show off in the summer time while lounging by the beach or the pool!

Doing sits up are a great way to strengthen this section of your body, you can do them in multiple variations to ensure that you are hitting all of the different slots of your stomach.

If you are tired of looking in the mirror and seeing that your back end is not as firm and strong as it once was, doing squats is a great way to manage this part of your body.

It will also add strength into your thighs as well.

Maybe, you are looking for a workout that is solely based around the legs.

There are many options that you can choose from for this part of the body, my personal favorite is to get a chair, not to high and not to low.

Place it in a sturdy position roughly three feet in front of my starting position and using only my legs I will jump onto the chair’s seat, then jump down in a backwards movement.

That is one rep.

Of course, everyone has different skill levels and goals that they wish to meet, at their own speed.

If you are ready to venture down the pathway of exercising at home, without having to spend my money at all, you have come to the right place!

I hope that you are now one step closer to meeting your overall goal of fitness and health!
